I would give her some burnt toast.  I know it helps my chinchillas when they get a little sticky poops.  Nerves are most likely what is causing this.  Moving to a new place with new smells, new noises, new surroundings and a new puppy too. 

I would cut out the treats for a few days and give burnt toast a couple of times a day for two to three days.  Just little pieces about the size of a dime.  Hopefully, this will help.

Yes that's what I would do, burnt toast.
See Giardia is present in the digestion tract, it's when the count gets too high that it causes problems.
Even the stress from the move could cause it to flare up just enough to change her droppings, and not show up on the wet mount.
In the past I have had to do the test a couople of times for it to show up.
At this stage your chin should be just fine once she settles in and realizes this is home now.It will take a while for some, maybe a couple of weeks.
I'd cut out all dried fruit and just give her treats like oatmeal or cherrios, nothing wet/moist, and do the brunt toast.
And try to keep the routine as close to the old house as possible, so she knows nothing else has changed.
I'd keep the puppy out of sight until then.       One change at a time.
