  My baby chin Dudley has swollen private parts (balls). I have other two chinchillas and theirs seem normal. Why is Dudley so swollen?
Oh, he also tries to hump anything in sight!

If his testicles are swollen, how large are they as far as swollen goes? It's not common but sometimes chins can get a hernia down there. I had one get a hernia in one of his testicles, had to have it removed so he wasn't in pain along with his testicle.
Is it extremely/unusually large or just slightly swollen? Got a pic to show his testicles? That would really help more so.

   Some male chinchillas' privates appear larger than other male chinchillas, but, if they are actually swollen, I would have him checked by a good exotic pet vet that is familiar with chinchillas.  Swelling is a warning something is wrong.  Is the area feverish?  Are there any signs of injury?  It could be a hernia, a hair ring, tumors or an infection, just to mention a few.   

  When in doubt, check it out!
