I just got two new chinchillas. When  i got home one of chinchilla started whimpering. First I heard something like a sneeze then she whimpers. What should i do?

If it's noise I think it is, almost like a barking, then they're just unsettled. Give them time in quiet to ajust to their new cage and surroundings.  ::nod::

 ::silly::   Since these are your first chinchillas, when in question .... check it out.   A quick visit to the vet would do no harm.   :) 
It's hard to know for sure what is going on with your little ones without being right there.  We are not vets and can only speak from experience.  But a chin with the sniffles is not a good sign.
