From the parents' backgrounds, it sounds like you have a standard gray/TOV carrier.
Should you decide to breed it later on, I would breed it to a black velvet or a brown velvet ... only because it should increase the percentage of chances for more black velvets or brown velvets, should you desire that. Being a "carrier" means it has the genetics, but is not showing the actual look/color/markings of the black velvet.
