Hey! Welcome to the board! It has been very helpful for me!
I currently have 2 chins.
Dewey is a 5.5 yr old male whom was given to me by a family who had too many chins to care for already. His cage mate had recently died during birth, and they had 2 kits to hand raise, and no time left for him.
Later I rescued a 2 yr old male from a bad home. (Schroeder). He was an awesome little buddy until he got sick and the vets didn't know what to do for him. I had to force feed him for a month before he passed in November.
Last month I adopted a 6 month old female to keep Dewey company. I named her Daisy and she's living "next door" to Dewey until she gains enough weight to help her successfully carry kits, just incase they decide to mate. (Which I'm sure they will! LOL)
Dewey & Daisy are both standard grays. (Schroeder was a white mosaic). Pics in my profile!
Please "introduce" us to your chins!
