the chin is acting quite normal, and it seems to be taking a liking to you seeing how you havent had it very long. I do not have a hammock, but most everyone says their chin loves it. they arent hard to make at all. you can buy fleece at any real fabric store, and the eyelets you can get at a hardware store. just remember it takes a special tool to make the eyelets correct.

I was ignorant and bought my first chin from a pet store chain, and it took about 2 months just to get to pet her.. The new one i got, it came from a breeder and its fairly tame already.. lessons learned. you got lucky for sure

Well my wildest chins have come from good breeders ;D
I think much has to do with each chin.
For the most part if they are handled from birth they are pretty friendly.
I bought 2 from a fur farm that had never been handled, didn't even have names at 5 years old. They were both the sweetest, and could be handled from the sec. I picked them up.
I still have one of them she's 15 now, and just the sweetest chin you could find.
Most mine are pretty tame but I have a few females that will always try to be head of the herd.  ;)

Yes and I'm not sure what you mean for jumper  ;)

Fleece is a warm woven material mainly used for jacket/sweaters of sorts.
It's soft and has no threads to pull out like most materials.
We find it lined in winter snow pants too.
You must be able to buy hammocks at the pet store? They are made of fleece.
The latest thing here is fleece sheets, bedding. I love them, as they are warm to crawl into in the winter months. ::nod::

i got both mine from a bet store and one got used to me sooner, pogo. But i had him 2 weeks before snowe. But now snowie is more tame. Pogo doesn't like to be held. He never did. But he climbs one me. I can hold snowie. But pogo is not tame in a since. He likes to excape. As far as the hammock, if its made of all flease its fine. Mine came with the cage and it wasn't. Mine were chewing on it. I'v been thinking of getting a faret one from petsmart.
