Snowie pulled fleece in the cage to sleep in it.
« on: May 31, 2010, 01:56:58 PM »

So i lay fleece on top of their cage so the sun isn't hitting it and i have a spot where there is a bigger gap in the wire bc one of them is broken. I noticed today that snowied pulled part of the fleece in onto the wood shelve to sleep on. What is funny is that their bedding is fleece, so I don't know why he didn't just go down there and sleep on it. I'm going to pull it out, but he's still sleeping on it, so i'll wait.

That's cute. Maybe he would like one of those sleeping beds. Sounds like he likes to cuddle up to things.

I guess you have AC on because my chins are throwing their blankets out now. :D
Now that's it's above freezing here. ;)

Yes i have the A/C on, but its still warm upstairs. Its always an on going battle with my dad and the AC. I'll turn it down cause i'm hot and he'll turn it up. We have a thermonater and i finally put it in my room to see what the temp difference is from downstairs. Its 3 to 4 degress warmer upstairs and for some reason my room is always warmer then the hall way. I made sure i wasn't covering up any vents and i'm not., except that it is under my bed. Pogo did it to the same day.

Courtney, what do you mean about a sleeping bed? They def love to cuddle. Its soo cute.

You know those big doggies beds, well they have them for small animals at at smart or usually any pet store. Check in the small animals and cat section too. If your chin likes that snuggley feeling he would really like a bed.

You should get one, mine love to sleep in them. They just curl up in them. I had a chinchilla Peeps who has stuffed animals and blankets in it, nice and cozy.

I was going to suggest a fleece hammock. My fella loves it. But those beds are too cute!

Oh she used to love her beds. Peeps was more like a cat. She loved her luxury and was spoiled rotten. I raised her myself, her parents died when she was a week old. She was my everything.  ::cry222:::  But those beds are great. My chins love them.
