This is Raspberries, Not exactly the biggest but he;s let out a lot! As long as i'm in my room and have no plans to go anywhere he;s out. I do plan on getting a bigger one eventually

The big reason I use full pans in my cages is so babies have somewhere soft to land.
On the day of birth they are trying to climb all over and do fall even though from short distances.I keep about 1 1/2 - 2 inches of shavings on the whole floor space.
They do have their pee spots so every day or 2 I removed the soiled spot. I sweep the cleaner stuff into their pee spot. Vacuum droppings from the open floor, shelves & huts. I add new shavings in the open/play. Then once a week or so it all gets removes vacuumed and wash down.
I used it do them all the same night, but now I do a few every night.

I love my shop vac   weird eh!!!!!

Sounds like a lot of work. Mine I clean once a week. I have a shopvac too and I love it (but not exactly for the same reason haha). Ive never used it to clean the cage because it makes a lot of noise. but maybe I should start bec it is a lot faster

3 cheers for shop vacs!!! Yes..love mine and the noise does not bother my 4 furry friends at all..they are so used to it and the fact that mommy and daddy use everyday so they are not running around in their droppings!!

After $28 in home depot and 3hours at home, here is the all new shelving Ive done for my cage




the cage floor used to be all hay but since they spend 99% of the time on the top shelves, I decided to get make a false floor so all their droppings go through and it underneath the bottom of the cage. That way I can easily lift the floor and vacuum underneath. The bottom still has pine shavings to absorb the odor in between cleaning.

No i didnt. I might upgrade to a custom cage so theyre habitat would look more like part of the house

Its 4ft x 3ft x 2ft

Minimum requirement for a rabbit is 6ft x 2ft x 2ft... so that's too small for a rabbit. But great for a chin and really well furnished too.

Here's mine. It's a bird cage which I added pine shelves too. It has a mesh floor on the bottom level.

Thats a nice looking cage. I like the big tall door on it rather than 2 small doors
