Wet Chinchilla HELP!!!

Adventure of the night: Chili my 4 month chinchilla fells into a bucket of water. So I brought her in the bathroom to clean her up and our automatic soap dispenser goes off and spills soap all over her. Wtf. Had to re wet her and blow dry her. Hope no fungus appears. I scheduled a vet appointment because I am scared because I noticed her butt is yellow. It could be just pee. Just a worried Chinn Momma :(

Was your soap a certain color? Hair/fur (especially light colors) can grab onto colors pretty easily, especially if the water or air was warmer. Try giving her a dust bath to see if that helps at all (only when shes COMPLETELY dry)

The soap was peach colored, but it landed on her back. I used a damp cloth to get most of the soap off and then used a blow dryer on a cooler setting to dry her. I was just not sure if her crotch was a related issue.
