I would like to become more knowledgable about chinchillas. Can everyone post between five and ten random facts about chillas?

Have you joined The Chinchilla Club? There is a great resource there called "Information Central" that has lots of articles. There is a Chinchilla Magazine section with over 200 articles from people with hands on experience, another on genetics, and another on colors. These resources are available to members.
