Rose hips/pettles

How often is alright to give rose hips and pettles. I also have rose buds that have the pettles attached to them (dried of course)

i hear different people say different things about treats, some say 1 treat 2-3 times a week, and some say its okay to give 1 treat a day..

Thanks jean, by the way I am sending you the width of that ledge in a few minutes.

So is it bad to give a non-frosted mini wheat and one rose hip in a day?
