hello,
 in my chinis house is really hot again like 30 degrees and i put some tiles on the freezer and put one on each cage but they like instead of be there they go to another place because of that and i don't know what to do anymore , when i go there they have their ears all red i tought about put some iceboards(that rectangular blue things to put into the freezer) but they will "bite" that because it's plastic.

30 degrees F or C? 30 degrees F is not hot lol.

Wow that is really hot.  Too hot for chinchillas.  You need to find a way to cool the temperature of the air around the ears.  If you can't get an air conditioner then build them an ice house.  Get a metal, tile, or terracotta container and freeze it.  Then put it in the cage.  Put ice around the container in the cage so it is cool inside.  Your chinchilla will get wet but at this point it is an emergency.
