Snickerdoodle has been doing a squeaky- sneezey sound today. Can he have a cold?

See if he does it tomorrow. See if he develops watery or crusty eyes or develops a runny nose.

Respiratory infection. Especially if he is sneezing in addition to that. If you suspect that it is recommended to get antibiotics ASAP.

You're worrying too much. If you don't have watery eyes, runny nose, and coughing and/ or sneezing it isn't a respiratory infection.
