 ::silly::  This changes things ...

Standard Mom & white mosaic Dad =  white mosaic male

Standard Mom & ebony white Dad =  dark ebony female

If you are considering breeding the white mosaic male to the dark ebony female ...  That would be at least 3 generations of mutations.

I would not ... you already have two generations of mutations with both of them.

I would put the white mosaic male with a good strong standard female.

I would put the dark ebony female with another dark ebony or a standard.  I would not want to weaken the dark ebony color by putting it with a white.

But, that's what I would do ... you may have other hopes for the future of these two, that has not yet been mentioned.

I have that mosaic male with my best standard female. I am getting a dark ebony and a standard male to choose between for the dark ebony female. At first she was going to be with my mosaic male.. I changed my mind and put the mosaic with my best standard female and have been looking for a good dark ebony male for my ebony female. The standard male will go with my beige females.

I was planning on what you are suggesting so I am stick to my plans :)
