::silly::She was giving you a chinnie hug!    ::nod::
I think it is so cute when they want to cuddle and say "Thank-you, Mommy."

How sweet, yes they sure love up around the neck, or anywhere on your body.
Mine go in and out my sleeves too.
I too would take that as a sign of love, cause they'll sure struggle to get down when they want too. ::nod::
I find that once they are well and realize just what you were trying to do they become even more affectionate.
Smart little cookies they are, and Laya looks quite happy to be up with you. ::wub::

::silly::I never like to think of them as mean, just frightened and unsure of a strange place and strange people.

It takes much longer for some to adjust than it does others ...

But when you nurse one back to health, that is often what lets them go from frightened and unsure ...
Into a loving, trusting relationship that bonds them forever to you.   :)

No not mean, but some can sure be spirited. :D
I have a couple of females that will fight with my shoe as I shoo her from an apposing female.
It's hilarious, I'll move her away and she'll go strait back. I'll use my foot to nudge her away and she'll growl at it, smack at it with her hands and chew it if I keep it still. She'll do the same thing with the broom.
Sometimes she just so determined I dare not put my hands on her to move her, she'll chomp right into me.
There's no fear, pure anger because she can't rip the eyes out of the other female.
Let either one of these girls get pregnant and they are the sweetest I own, after it's back "I'm the boss not you". ;D
But I'm bigger, good thing too.
I can just imagine how a new owner would feel with one of these gals.
I'm so glad their mine, I'm spirited too. :D

No I didn't really mean like that. More what you guy's said " spirited".  ::nod:: She was like this with the the lady that had her first. She has sprayed me,braked at me. But never bit me. I love her and I do anything for her. Boy doe's she get her way "sometimes". At least she thinks she does. Now if I go by her and I stop to see her,she will spay me the next time I go by.  ;D No warning,no nothing. She won't let any one but me hold her. I asked My Husband to get her out for me the other day, well he won't be doing that any time soon. She bit and got with her great aim. Laya didn't bite him hard. But My Husband say's she is your baby you get from now on. He will pick up evey one else but her.

::silly::Neosporin (triple antibiotic) will help heal it ... soften it so it does not hurt or is itchy as much and kills the bacteria!  ::nod::

Yep I have been. The scab looks as if it is ready to come off, little dry pieces come off when I put the Neosporin on and it very soft.
