Congrats on the new house! The economy here is a lot different than the states. We had a huge boom, which more than doubled all prices of houses. As newly weds, we can't buy right now, as it's WAY too much for us here.
We've just been busy with everyday things. The Junos (Canadian music awards) were here last week, so my husband and I volunteered there. And now we're getting ready to drive 6 hours to see my Mom and family for my Mom's 60th birthday. It's my first time leaving the chins alone, so I'm a bit worried! We have a friend looking in on them, but I"m worried if he has to open the cage to replenish food! Kira is soooooo sneaky.
We've also had a friend give birth to her first baby. She was a month early, but everyone is healthy.
Other friends had a still born baby, which was very sad
And when we visit my parents, we're going to see friends of mine from high school who had a premie baby, where mom and baby almost died. But now they're well and home!
It's definitely baby week!
So, I guess we're busy! I only have time to write because I got up early to go for a bike ride, and there's a foot of snow on the ground and more coming
We have to drive on the high way this afternoon!
I hope everyone is doing well!
