Does any body know anything about love birds? I was outside playing fetch with Doom and lo and behold, a peach faced lovebird landed in the tree I was sitting under. I was really cautious when I got up and I offered her my finger (which she immediatley stepped onto). We don't plan on keeping her unless we can't find the owner before we leave in September... But I don't know anything about love birds! I have a cocateil, but that's the closest I've been. She's really pretty (and definatley a she, she laid an egg almost as soon as we got her into Kaycee's old cage). I just don't want to do any thing I shouldn't or give her anything I shouldn't... O.o
Obviously she's used to humans and probably has a wondeful owner, because she's very easy to play with and loves to be held.
