Title: How long have you owned chinchillas?

I was just wondering how long you all have been chinnie owners.  I've had mine for 1 1/2 years, so, i'm a pretty new owner.
Also I'm excited because this is my first poll!! ::silly::  ;) ::silly::

I've owned my first one since 2000. And I still learn something new with them every day.

I have owned chinchillas since 2004.  I started out with 2 and now I have 28!  They are definitely contagious!!!!   ::nod:: :::grins:: ::nod::

I've been raising and breeding chinchillas for over 5 years.  They certainly have been fantastic additions to my family.   :::grins::
