Title: Whole Grain Supplement??

Hi all!

Yesterday my dust bath order came with a free sample of whole grain supplement (from Lonestarchinchilla.com). It LOOKS good, but I wanted a second opinion. Does anyone feed this to their chin? It consists of oats, Calf Manna, Animax, Milo and a mixture of other seeds. The directions say to give 1 tsp daily to an adult chinchilla. I just wanted to make sure it's safe...especially the seeds part.  ???

Hi Nicole,

It sounds okay to me.   ::shrug::  I would just give it to Chloe maybe once a week, maybe?  Hopefully, others have actually given this supplement and can comment.

It is safe to use.  No more than the recommended amount a day though.  :)
