Title: can chinchillas have a dust bath too much

Hi, I am a new member and I have two male chinchillas. I have a baby gray one I got about 3 weeks ago and a baby white one I got a few days ago. I was wondering if Chinchillas can have a dust bath too often? The gray one likes to take one about every other day.

you can dust to often, but as long as you don't leave the bath in for more than 15-20 minutes at a time everyother day should be fine. The only problem that arises with over dusting is they may get dry skin.

I believe there are directions on here somewhere I don't know how to explain it well other then you click on add picture. browse and then resize until it fits lol
