Title: Personality of my white chin, Snowie

I just got a baby white male chin. His personality is a lot different than my baby gray one, pogo I have. The woman at the pet store called the white one  a 'fancy' chin. I wasn't so sure what she meant by that.  Snowie is alot more calm than pogo and he is really vocal and the food he doesn't like, he just throws it next to the food dish. Is that normal. Should I try different food?

Chinchillas will each have their own individual personality. A white chinchilla is a mutation so that is probably why the petstore called him fancy, which is up to interpretation. If they are on a healthy diet of fresh good pellets with no treats, hay and fresh water there is no need to change diets. I have several who are vocal, several who throw food and several that do both :)
