Title: My chin Dudley has swollen private parts, please help!

  My baby chin Dudley has swollen private parts (balls). I have other two chinchillas and theirs seem normal. Why is Dudley so swollen?
Oh, he also tries to hump anything in sight!

You might need to check him for a hair ring

If his testicles are swollen, how large are they as far as swollen goes? It's not common but sometimes chins can get a hernia down there. I had one get a hernia in one of his testicles, had to have it removed so he wasn't in pain along with his testicle.
Is it extremely/unusually large or just slightly swollen? Got a pic to show his testicles? That would really help more so.

 ::silly::  Some male chinchillas' privates appear larger than other male chinchillas, but, if they are actually swollen, I would have him checked by a good exotic pet vet that is familiar with chinchillas.  Swelling is a warning something is wrong.  Is the area feverish?  Are there any signs of injury?  It could be a hernia, a hair ring, tumors or an infection, just to mention a few.
