Title: Wild Chinchilla's?

I was reading a few random websites and one of them said that Chinchilla's were no longer in the wild.  Is that true?  Just curious!   ::shrug::

They are still in the wild but  endangered.  Here is a great website about it. http://wildchinchillas.org/
