I'm new to the chinchilla club, and still trying to figure everything out.  My chinchilla's breeder gave me a free one year membership to this site. My chinchilla is a male, standard, and his name is Crosby.  He is named after Sidney Crosby off the Pittsburgh Penguin hockey team.

I bet your having a blast with you new friend. They are just so cute, and entertaining. I'm sure we'll hear all about his priceless antics.

Ya, he is halarious. He does these crazy jumps, and wares himself out. Then he cuddles in your arm and takes a nap. He is adorable

Be careful, they are addictive   ;)
I started with one, got him a mate, and have had as many as 40 at one time.   ::kiss99::

I have 25 now + the few kits I breed every year.
