Title: Where's the best place..

Where's the best place to find people to adopt a pair? I dont want them to go to a bad home and I would either want the pair to go to an experienced breeder or to someone who would neuter the boy  since they're bonded and been together for years.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

We're located in San Jose/Bay Area. As for price, $200, but its negotiable.
