Title: Possible injury????

a few minutes ago Snoopy, 1 yr, was hoppin around and i noticed that her middle toe on the back foot was red and swollen. she is moving normally, no strain or limp, and is not displaying any signs of discomfort. i checked the area for fever and didn't notice any. i am debating on taking her to the vet because i would rather not pay 50 bucks to have the vet tell me she is fine. any advice?

If you have a good vet that would be a good idea.  If it is infected and you let it go there could be problems later.
