Title: Fleece Bedding

I have always wondered this; is it alright to use a fleece blanket or fleece mat for bedding?
My friend uses a 100% fleece blanket for her gunie pig bedding and it works quite well! And she has been saving loads of money just reusing it.

Is this chinchilla safe, does anyone know? I was attenmpting to just try it will Gallardo by just a fleece padded ledge for him to strech out on and so far he likes that.

Lots of people use fleece bedding for chinchillas it is considered safe

just to add a bit more.. if you ever notice the chewed a hole in it, take it out..

Use it all the time. My moms give birth on thiers.
