Title: chin cage my cat litter box

is it safe to have the chin cage in the same room but other side of the litter box in the basement?

If your cat is up to date on all vaccines, you are good about keeping the litter box clean and the room has good air (doesn't smell like the litter box) it should be fine that they share a room.

when i just had one chin, my litter box was in the same room, and never had any problems.  like jamie said, i always kept it clean...
