Title: cleaning question

So I have recently moved out on my own and have been having issues with my bagless vacuum getting clogged with my chinnys fur and dust, does anyone else have this issue? And if not do vacuums with bags help solve this?

I did that to my mom's bagless vacuum too; I went out and just got a cheap shopvac and it has been working great!
