you would have to search for a breeder in your area, that's the best place. ::thumbsup::

When you buy a chin from a breeder you want to get as much information as possible about the breeder's.  Always pick a chin that isn't afraid that's a sign it's not being handled enough.  I purchase a one of my boy's from a pet store I was working at the poor thing was petrified.

Now he's so happy and playful with me and Mr. Pudge that I'm so thankful to have him! I would suggest a reputable breeder first.
