General Chat / Help me find a 12" wheel

My chinchilla has a large 3-story cage. The one problem, however, is that it only fits a 12" wheel. He had one like this: 
but he literally wore it out until it broke. I can not find another 12" wheel like it, and all the other wheels (saucers, silent spinners, other designs) I've tried he hates!
Any help or ideas?
PS I know that a 12" wheel isn't preferable but my chin is literally the smallest adult chin I've ever seen. There are no issues with her spine/back.
