Is it ok to use cat litter as bedding or can I put some in the corner.... Im trying to litter train!

I would have to go down stairs to look at the food.... cant right now.... but the lady told me they are 2 yrs old! They are both male. The lady sent yogurt treats

I just got 2 new chinchilla last night these are my first chinchilla..... I know one of them is a Ebony but what color is this one I know he is white but he has a black tail, ears, and nose. Plus the lady told me that they fight when they are together causing their hair to come out! What can I do to make their hair grow back?
