Grooming 7am-10am.*** No grooming will be permitted after 10am.***

No charge for admission to the event.
$5.00 per animal for members,
$7.50 per animal for non-members

Junior breeder awards - for those with 7 years or less breeding and showing experience, points counted for all animals entered.

Claiming Show:

Claiming Prices: $75 minimum/ $500 maximum, Silent Auction format. Bid increment 10%, minimum $10.

10% of final sale price is payable to the CA ECBC Group by the selling rancher/breeder, regardless if the animal is shown or not.

Actually I have found that for some kits they are copying mom. Some just start earlier than others. The ones that did start early I just left them mom and no supplementing did just fine. I have seen many litters do this and good. Just keep an eye on their weights, as long they keep gaining they should be fine!

I Would try and get some from the breeder so you won't up set their tummies. Then if you want make the slow switch to Oxbow.

I couldn't have any more kids. I always wanted a chinchilla, so that's how I got my first one! Then I loved the little guy so much another male. After that,along with lots & lots of research I got in to breeding, They give me so much joy & happiness. I can never be sad when I am with them. I have close to 140 now & counting! lol And I have small herd dwarf/dwarf carries too! They all have names as well from A to Z!!!
