Limits Are For Show Animals Only, Not For Silent Auction
There Is a $4.00 Admission Fee For All Animals
All Animals Must Remain Caged And In the Exhibition Hall
Set Up: Set Up starts At 5.00 p.m. On Friday
Animals May Be Entered and Caged From 6:30-10:00 p.m.
Grooming: Doors Will Open at 6:00 a.m. Saturday for Entries and Grooming
Grooming Will End By 9:45 a.m.

Silent Auction Rules: Owner puts bottom dollar price on any animal he wishes to sell. Anyone interested in buying an animal may raise this price and identify the bid with his name with the auction chairman. Anyone else interested may raise the bid etc… A bidder may raise the bid even though he has previously bid on the animal. The owner may not withdraw the animal from the auction or raise his bottom dollar price. The owner can not bid on his animal. Once a bid is submitted it can’t be withdrawn. 10% of the purchase price of all animals will be retained by the Heartland Group to fund future events.
