The pre-registration form for the Southeast Coastal MCBA chinchilla show in Rock Hill, South Carolina on Nov 18 is now available for download. By pre-registering you will save money on entry fees.  It will cost more at the door.

Forms and payment are due by Oct. 18th to receive the pre-registration price.

You can download a pre-registration form at the Southeast Coastal MCBA website at http://www.secmcba.org/ on the events page.  While you are there you might want to consider signing up for our chapter email newsletter.  This way if there is are any last minuter changes or additions about the show you will be informed.

You will notice some fun new additions to this show including a baby derby-where you can enter your kits in a contest for the cutest chinchilla
and Hobby Breeder Awards for breeders showing at least 5 animals and owning a herd of 200 chinchillas or less.

We will also have Vendor Tables available for selling your chinchilla related merchandise.

When is the next meeting?  I know it is sometime this month (Sept) but I just can't remember the date!  I know it is in Atlanta.

I think it has been called off because of Ann's knee surgery.

What has been called off? Also when did she have knee surgery? I order my feed from her and I have not got an email back yet. I was wondering what was going on. She normally gets right back to me.

The Sept chapter meeting has been called off.  The show is still going as planned.
Ann had knee surgery last week I believe and its my understanding that it would be awhile before she could get back to sit at the computer, so if you need to get ahold of her you might want to call.  I'm sure her husband will still be able to ship out your feed orders for you.
