How often should i brush or comb my chinchillas fur? How often do they have shed periods i know they shed alot but wasn't sure how often? I am getting my 2 monday pictures to come! 1 is white and other beige

Usually they'll keep their own fur pretty well maintained. If you give them a dust bath every other day or every two days that should take care of most of it. I think normally they shed twice a year with most of it done in the fall. With my short experience of owning chins I found myself wanting a lint roller for my shirt a couple of times. It is still not near as messy as shedding from a cat.

Ohh ok yeah my mom said she use to brush Fluffys fur when he was shedding bad
