How long does it take fur to grow back?
« on: February 20, 2015, 01:55:04 AM »

Serious this time.

Accidentally stepped on Popsicle's tail a few days ago. No injuries it seems, but massive fur slip on tail, there's a big totally bald patch now (10 square cm area i estimate) He shed a little bit on his back too but that part is unnoticable.

How long will the bald spot remain? Popsicle's dignity has been reduced! :(

On the body it normally takes up to 3 months. A tail can take a year to fully grow back in

oh noes! I've only had him for a year and it feels like forever... (or FUR ever)... that's how long it'll be until he's back to 100% handsomeness? :( :( :(
Thanks for the info!
