Hi! I know some people have already replied to many of my posts, although it took me a while to actually introduce myself.
Well, I have two female chinchillas, who I hope will eventually get along (if not, that's ok, because my cage can be separated). Sometimes Cleo and Sammi seem like different species! Cleo LOVES being scratched behind the ears and around her face, and likes to roll on the floor beside her litter tray.... when there's no dust. She also likes being tapped underneath the chin...
She'll bark to get my attention when I'm trying to coax Sammi out of her cage.
Sam is an absolute wild girl. She loves, strangely, to be blowdried, but won't sit still for me to pet or scratch her.
She doesn't hesitate to explore and is always eager to reach new heights (literally). Although Cleo is just a baby, she is the bigger type of chinchilla, so I hope someday, Sam will be so intimidated by Cleo's size she'll back off!
