This really bites

I want to purcahse rosehips, oats, pumice stones, stuff like that for Chico BUT, I just can't find anywhere that doesnt charge you 20+ for shipping. =/

I have found it is much cheaper to find it locally if you can.  Try animal feed stores, or farm supply stores.  A lot of times they will carry various rabbitry supplies that can also be used for chinchillas.

You might try looking on eBay for rose hips and pumice.
