I apologize for the down time we had over the last two days. I have been with the same hosting company for years. I stayed with them even though there are other cheaper hosts out of loyalty to the owner, Tina. Saturday she and I had a conversation over the virtual chinchillas website and she was extremely rude!
So I asked her why she needed to be so ugly as we could easily get things worked out especially since virtual chinchillas is no longer mine and is no longer on my hosted account without her. At that point she removed all of my sites from her hosting company and told me she longer wanted my business.
Needless to say I am so sorry I stayed with her for so long! She certainly wasn't the person I thought she was.
But the good news is I found a wonderful host who worked all weekend to get our site back up. (To make matters worse she set my account to suspended before she sent the backup so when it was installed on the new server I was locked out of all files and all domains were rerouted to her suspended page). I am still locked out of the control panel as of this morning and several of our scripts are still down, but the new host is working hard to get things back to normal and the rest of the site should be working soon.
