Lilo will be missed
« on: March 04, 2008, 10:20:54 PM »

Hi guys Lilo was my chinchilla and friend shes passed away a few days ago :'( Thats how I found this forum and I tried to ask for help when it happend but I had to be verified by the admin. She was running on her wheel when I got home around 11:30 pm and I came back out at 2 am she was laying on the floor of her cage making screeming noies I called every vet I could no one picked up. Only thing I could do was try to give her water ad try to feed her but she would not have anything so I just held her until she passed. :'(
My friend jason was thire to help me but there was nothing we could do. I made a video in her memory. http://youtube.com/watch?v=KKFPmCTiG_M

Thanks guys

I am so sorry to hear about Lilo.   ::cry222:::

It is always hard to loose a little one.  It is especially hard when you try to find help and there isn't any vet that will answer your call.  We had a dog last year that was attacked by some wild animal and no vet would make a house call and he died. :'(  It is a veterinarian's job to help animals in need!

Thanks to Jason for being a good friend to you.

I love your video.  It shows how much you loved Lilo.

My thoughts are with you.  :hugs:

:'( I am so sorry for your loss! I know there is not much anyone can say to make you feel better. The video was beautiful. She is looking down on you with a chin smile on her face because she can see how much she was loved.
