Where we live it's been around 100 degrees average. We have a swamp cooler so inside it's about 77. Any suggestions?

Chins go through a process called priming around every six month which is like shedding. On some chins it's not noticable and on others it will look like tufts of fur are comming out all over, typicly on their backs. You can buy special combs to groom your chin and get rid of that excess fur, however it does require a certain bit of skill to properly groom and you should really see it be done before trying it yourself. Instead you can use a lint roller and it will get rid of a lot of that extra fur.
