Hi Bea,
Welcome to the forum. Yorkshire sounds so beautiful, my Mom and cousin would love to go to England and search the old Church's and graveyards for names to our family. The closest I gotten to Yorkshire is by watching Most Haunted ;). I'm glad you are with us. How old are your chins?

::silly::   Welcome to the Wonderful World of Chinchillas and to the Chinchilla Club Forum!

Yes, you do have a bit of a mini zoo!  It must be wonderful to be able to have so many and so many different kinds.  Do you breed any of them?

Are the chinchillas males or females or one of each?

What color are they?

Be sure to post pictures of all your cute little critters!  We love pictures and stories about the animals.   :::grins::

Nice to meet you & your zoo, and yes a big welcome to the club.
We have a good bit of fun as we learn from each other here.
And yes we love pics   ;)
Sounds like you have a standard grey and maybe a homo or hetero beige.
To me a hetero looks much like a standard only beige while a homo has much less barring and is softer more muted beige.
The red eyes come from the beige gene. I love them but some folks seem to think they look like something from a horror movie.     ::)        ;D
