Author Topic: I don't know what to do.. "making weard rub squeaking noise when chewing"  (Read 1570 times)

I scared this is 2nd time this has happed 1st time it went away in a min or two two day he was making a load rubber squeak/grinding noise when chewing only their is nothing he go into thats missing peaces of plastic or rubber he did eat side of a flower bag(paper) any suggestion?

Had he just eaten something?  Sometimes my chins will do make a grinding sound after they eat a raisin.  I think it is them rubbing their teeth together to get the raisin off. I have sometimes heard it after a dust bath if they lick the dust or groom just after.

This is normal. They do this when they are content or after eating something. Sometimes when they are about to fall aslees they will do this in relaxation. Don't worry.

Yes I have always seen it as a sound of contentment. Usually when they are eating something they really like.Or like Jamie said stuck to their teeth.
I have used nutrical in the past and they always grinned teeth when eating it.They loved the stuff.  ;)

He's not squeaking in pain is he? Might be worth getting his teeth checked?
