Probably time to see a vet. It may be contagious possibly giardia that will need medication. It may be a problem with food. Have you recently changed thier diet? Have you been feeding treats? If so do not feed treats only hay and pellets until it clears up. Does their food look and smell okay?

No,I haven't changed their food
If anything theyve been eating an insane amount of hay lately
Riley started getting soft stool a few days before Huey came but that was because I honestly think I have him too many treats
Their hay seems a little dry so I'm On my way to buy another

The breeder said the soft stool for the 11week old may be from just stress

Is it possible Riley is just stressing about having a new room mate(it's just been me and him for 3years)

The symptoms don't seem to be giarda due to the fact that there is no diharria and their activity is more if anything

I'm glad to hear that. Sounds like you have found a good probable cause. Giardia can start out as soft stools so just watch for changes. Thinking about it again I think you can probably rule that out since most infections usually don't present in just a day.

The fact they are eating mostly hay is actually a good thing for them right now.
As long as the hay is green you should be okay as long as you aren't keeping it for more than a couple of months.

Soft poop is normal during a change.  Try burning a piece of toast black. Give each of them about a 50 cent piece size of the black toast.  If it is nerves or too may treats you should see an improvement from the toast.
